The Guest Donor feature was developed to serve our customers that have the need to accept Credit Card or Debit Card payments from anyone/anytime as easily as possible. Our E-Giving service is provided primarily to accept donations from the organization members. This feature can be used for sales or auctions as well as all other types of functions that require a credit card or debit card payment. You do not need to register as an e-giving member of the organization to use the Guest Donor Feature. You simply access the E-Giving log-in page from the organization's main menu, click the Guest Donor Button, and either enter your payment information or submit the payment details to a representative of the organization for the entering of the information into the service. That is how it works - Simple - Quick - Easy !
• Guest Donor Feature Specifics
An organization must be signed up for E-Giving to take advantage of the Guest Donor Button. Signing-up your organization only requires that you fax the ACH authorization form (*) to us at the number provided. An e-giving administrator at the envelope service will then register the organization, and provide them with an administrative username and password along with the link to place on your web page.
(*) You can open and print the ACH authorization form from this web site (Go to Home Page - click the "Get Started Now" link - Click the "Envelope Service E-Giving Authorization Form" link in the middle of the page - print - complete - and fax to 1-304-387-5259.
You will be registered within 24 hours and provided with an administrative username and password, and the link to e-giving to place on your web site. You can then access the service and perform the initial setup, consisting of designating the giving options you would like to offer to your organizations' members, such as opting to use Guest Donor Feature and posting the name of the funds or items you are accepting payments for.

• Making a Payment Using the Guest Donor Feature
To make a payment the person simply enters the amount to process in the payment field adjacent to the specific item he/she is paying for, enter their card information, billing address, and email address.
• Coming Soon - Event Registration
We are in the process of developing and implementing an Event Registration Feature that will allow your organization to collect registrations for any type of event that the organization would like to post using this new feature. If there is a fee associated with the event, payment can be made through the regular E-Giving service, or the Guest Donor Feature. So members and non-members of the organization can both benefit from the Event Registration Feature while making the task of event registration easy for the organization's administration!
